Contents
For creators and crew
Set up your profile
Where: My profile → Profile
Your profile is your page on Kreadors and your media kit in one. Each part folds to a line that says what is missing.
- Who you are: your town, niches, languages and how you make content. Businesses filter on these.
- Photo and cover: a cover frame of your own work makes your card in search stand out.
- Your story: a few lines in your own words. It is the first thing brands read.
- Past work: brands you have worked with. We suggest brands you tagged in recent posts; one tap adds them with the post’s frame and views.
Connect your accounts
Where: My profile → Profile → Accounts
- Connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Followers, typical views, best posts and audience are then read straight from the platform and refreshed daily.
- Connected figures carry a ✓ on your card and page. Typed-in figures say self-reported. This is the biggest single thing that gets you booked.
- Disconnect any platform from the same place at any time.
Build your rate card
Where: My profile → Rate card
- Price per platform: the same video can cost more on the platform where more people watch you. Set what each extra platform costs when a business picks more than one.
- Packages: bundle several of your items for one price. The card shows the business what they save.
- Ask for a quote: any item or package can have no listed price. You name it when someone asks. Good for custom work, or if your rates are private.
- Typical views per item: brands compare price against reach. Add a link to one post as proof and we can check it.
- Add-ons: extras a business can tick on top, like usage rights, a rush turnaround or raw footage.
- Arrange: use the ▲▼ arrows. The order here is the order on your page.
- How you work: whether you travel to shoots and how far, and whether you take product instead of cash.
Go live, or take a break
Where: My profile → Availability
- Publish my page puts you in search. Until then only you can see it.
- Away until: set a date when you are full or travelling. You stay findable but sit below people free now, and slow replies in that time do not count against you.
Answer requests and quote
Where: My work → Requests
- Each request names what they want, where it is posted, usage rights, exclusivity, product and deadline, so you can answer once.
- Confirm your price in one click, adjust it line by line with a reason, or decline.
- Answer within 48 hours. Unanswered requests lapse and lower the response rate on your page.
- Your quote stands for 7 days unless you change it. When they pay, the booking starts.
Talk first, then send an offer
Where: Messages
- Businesses can message you before booking. One conversation per business.
- Send an offer from the conversation: pick lines from your card or type your own, set the price. It arrives ready to pay.
Find campaigns and pitch
Where: Find campaigns
- Open briefs from brands, with budget, platforms, where it is filmed and the deadline. Filter by pay, budget, place and platform.
- Send a proposal with your price. Track them under My work → Proposals.
Deliver the work
Where: My work → Orders
- Each paid booking has its own page and thread, with Job files: put drafts, captions and folders there, and press Let them know to ping the business. They can add files and comment too.
- A post on your account is done when it is live: post it, add the links and press Posted, job done. Files made for the business: put the final full-resolution files in and press Job done.
- The business approves the payment or asks for a change. If they do nothing for 4 days, it is approved for you.
- Report a problem on the order if something goes wrong. We step in.
- Finished orders move to History.
Get paid
Where: My work → Earnings
- Add your bank details and a one-time ID check before your first payout.
- Approved money goes out every Wednesday. See what is held, what is owed and what was sent, with statements by month.
- The fee is 10% plus service tax on the fee, taken from your payout. Product-only collabs have no fee.
Add a manager
Where: My profile → Team
- Invite a manager or assistant with their own login. The invite lasts 14 days.
- Choose what they can do. Bank details and payouts always stay yours.
Work as crew
Where: Join the crew
- For shooting, editing or photography that the business posts on its own channels.
- Add a showreel, services and gear. Price by the day, half day, hour, video or photo.
- Set a payment plan and a cancellation policy. You appear under Find crew.
For businesses
Find the right creator
Where: Find creators
- Search box: names, topics, brands they have worked with, even words in their post captions. The card says why they matched.
- Filters: niche, content style, platform, audience size, budget per item, type of work, typical views, language and area.
- Near you: add your outlets’ towns with a distance, and tick “travels to you” for on-site shoots.
- Sort by best match, lowest price, followers or newest. A ✓ means the figure was read from their account.
- Creators who price on request drop out when you set a budget. Use “Show them too” to bring them back.
Save and compare
Where: Hiring → Saved
- Tap the bookmark on any creator to save them.
- Tick a few and press Compare to see prices, reach, audience and record side by side.
Ask a question first
Where: A creator’s page → Ask
Opens a conversation without booking. They can reply with a priced offer you pay straight from the chat.
Book from a rate card
Where: A creator’s page → Rate card
- Tick what you want and the platforms. The total adds up as you go.
- Request booking asks the terms that change the price: usage, paid ads, exclusivity, product, deadline. Sending costs nothing.
- Items marked Ask for a quote have no listed price. The creator names it in their answer. Add your budget in the notes.
- Pay with product: some creators take product instead of cash, or product plus a smaller fee.
Post a campaign
Where: Hiring → My campaigns → Post a campaign
- Add a poster, what you need on which platforms, a budget range, where it is filmed and dates.
- Creators send proposals. Compare them side by side and accept the ones you want. Each becomes its own order.
- Edit or close the campaign any time from My campaigns.
Track requests and orders
Where: Hiring → Requests sent, and Orders
- See which requests are waiting, quoted or about to lapse. Pay a quote to book.
- Your money is held by Kreadors until you approve the work. You pay exactly the quote.
- Every payment has an invoice and a receipt on the order page.
Approve, revise or report
Where: Hiring → Orders → the order
- Look at drafts in the order's Job files and comment on any file. Add your own files there too: logo, product shots, a brief.
- Once the post is live (or the final files are in), Approve and pay releases payment to the creator. Request a change if something is off; the agreed number of changes is shown on the order.
- Look when it lands: after 4 days it approves itself.
- Report a problem before approving freezes the order. We review and refund what is owed.
- Leave a review once it is done. The creator reviews you back.
Hire crew
Where: Find crew
Videographers, editors and photographers who make content for your own channels. Book by the day or by the piece; the files are yours once paid.
Everyone
One account, both sides
One login does both. A creator can hire other creators under Hiring, and a business can open a creator page under My profile. No second account, no switching.
Your account and data
Where: Your picture → My account
- Your team, which emails you get, and your business details.
- Download your data or close your account.
- The rules are in our terms and privacy notice.
