Kreadors is where Malaysian businesses find who will shoot, edit or photograph for them. You put up your showreel and your own prices. The client pays before you start, and the money is released to you when they approve the files.

How a job goes, and where the money is.

One shoot day at RM 1,200, paid half after the shoot and half on the final files. The plan is yours to set: up to 4 parts, or everything on approval.

  1. A business finds your page and asks for a day: the date, the place, what the job needs. Asking costs them nothing.
  2. You confirm your listed price within 48 hours, or quote differently and say why.
  3. They pay Kreadors in full, and the money is held. You are booked.RM 1,200
  4. You shoot, and mark the shoot done. Half is released to you: the business has 2 days to report a problem, or it releases on its own.
  5. You deliver the files, by upload or by link. They approve, or ask for a change within the revisions your price includes. Silence for 4 days approves it.
  6. The rest is released. In all you receive the price less Kreadors’ 10% fee, paid to your bank every Wednesday.RM 1,080

What goes on your page

Most of it is linking work you already have online. A page with nothing to look at stays hidden, so no client ever lands on a half-built one.

Showreel
One link to your best 30 to 90 seconds. YouTube and Vimeo play on the page; anything else opens where it lives.
Your work
Videos and photos you made, with the client, what you did on each and the year. Marked “From their portfolio”. Jobs delivered through Kreadors are added as “Done on Kreadors” under the client’s name when the client agrees, and those are shown first.
What you bring
What you are hired for, years doing it, the kinds of clients you know, skills such as drone or colour grading, and your kit.
Rate card
Day and half-day rates, a price per finished video or photo, packages, and extras such as drone, subtitles, rush or travel. Each says what is included, the turnaround and the revisions.
How you work
Your payment plan, your cancellation policy and what a client should expect on the day. They read all of it before they ask.

Before you join

What it costs, who owns the work, and what happens when a client changes their mind. The full rules are in the terms.

Do I need a following?

No. Crew are hired to make content the business posts itself, so your page has no follower count and no audience figures. It is judged on the work.

What does it cost?

Nothing to join and nothing to be listed. Kreadors takes 10% of what a client pays you, when you are paid. The client pays your price and nothing on top.

When does Crew open to businesses?

It is open. A published page is in the Crew search now.

What if the client cancels, or wants another day?

Either of you can ask to move the shoot day, and the other agrees or keeps the day. If the client cancels, your policy decides what you keep. You choose one of three. Flexible: free until the day before the shoot, then 25% of the price if cancelled on the day. Moderate: free until 3 days before the shoot, then 50% of the price. Strict: free until 7 days before the shoot, then 50% of the price, and all of it on the day.

What if they do not like the work?

They can ask for a change, as many times as the revisions on your price. If that does not settle it, either side raises a problem: the money stays held while Kreadors reads both sides, then releases it, refunds it, splits it or sends the work back to be finished.

Who owns the files?

The finished files become the client’s when the money is released to you, to use anywhere, ads included. Raw footage stays yours unless they booked it as an extra. When they approve, they are asked whether you may show the work in your portfolio.

I also post for brands on my own accounts. Can I do both?

Yes, on one account. Choose “Both” when you sign up, or switch it on later from your profile, and your page shows each side to the businesses looking for it.

I am not in the Klang Valley.

Set your page up anyway. Editing and other remote work have no distance, and your page works by its link from the day you publish it. The search opens in the Klang Valley first.

Be on Crew the day it opens.
